Ovonic Warranty Policy

1. When does the warranty begin?

It begins the day you received the parcels, and the warranty period is 6 months.

2. What isn't covered by the warranty?

  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers, such as Amazon or eBay, etc.
  • Improperly operated devices
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Orders not placed on Ampow.com
  • Products that have been improperly used or damaged by yourselves.
  • If you did not receive the package because you filled in your personal information incorrectly, it will not be covered under warranty.

3. How do I claim the warranty?

Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific product descriptions or FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions. If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a Return or Exchange request to contact us at info@ampow.com.

4. What is a valid proof of purchase?

Your order number, email address, and your full name on Ampow.

5. What if I don't have any proof of purchase?

If you made your purchase through Ampow.com, we may be able to locate your order using your email address, name, or shipping address.

6. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.

7. Battery Inspection and Damage Liability

To ensure the quality and safety of your battery, please follow these guidelines upon receipt and during use:

  • Inspect Immediately: Upon receiving the battery, carefully inspect it for any visible physical damage, such as swelling, cracks, dents, or damaged plugs. If any issues are found, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos as evidence.
  • Testing and Use: Before installation, ensure the battery is compatible with your device and follow the provided instructions. Improper installation or use may void the warranty.
  • Reporting Damage: If you discover any defects or damage within 7 days of receipt, report it immediately to info@ampow.com. Failure to report within this period will be considered acceptance of the battery in good condition.
  • Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and shipping-related damage reported within 7 days. We will provide repair, replacement, or refund based on the situation.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
    • Damage caused by improper handling, such as overcharging, short-circuiting, or physical impact.
    • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
    • Damage reported after 7 days of receipt, unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.
    • Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other force majeure events.
  • Safe Usage: Always use the battery in accordance with the provided instructions. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, water, or fire. Misuse may lead to safety hazards and void the warranty.
